Guidelines For Submitting Content

Here are the technical guidelines for submitting content to Diamond Flix TV:

All video submissions should be in MP4 or MOV format with a preferred resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD). We will also accept 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) under certain conditions. The aspect ratio should be 16:9, with a frame rate of 24, 25, or 30 FPS. Bitrate should be a minimum of 5 Mbps for 1080p and 2.5 Mbps for 720p. Audio should be in AAC or PCM (Stereo) format with a bitrate of at least 192 kbps and a sample rate of 48 kHz or 44.1 kHz.

While captions and subtitles are optional, they are recommended, and we accept SRT or VTT files. Please name your files clearly and submit a high-quality trailer if available. Provide a download link (password protected, if necessary) via services like Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer, ensuring the link is valid for at least 30 days.

For promotional materials, we recommend a poster image with a resolution of 1080 x 1600 pixels (portrait) and a thumbnail image at 1920 x 1080 pixels (landscape). Acceptable formats for images are PNG or JPEG. You should also submit a brief synopsis (50-150 words), a list of key cast and crew, and, if available, additional promotional materials like behind-the-scenes content or production stills.
